Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order. Prices are in AED and include VAT where applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund, as preparation may have already begun.

Refund Policy

If you're unsatisfied with your order due to quality issues, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
